This is a really good gin drink:

a couple shots of gin
a sliced-up chunk of ginger
a whole lime of juice and as much lime pulp as possible
a capful of vanilla extract
several ice cubes

in a mayonnaise jar with a lid
shake
shake
shake
shake

Remove lid and
Serve.
